Client Background

A warehouse operation located in Homestead, FL required a fully turnkey setup to support inbound product receiving, SKU organization, multi‑level order picking, and controlled access. The customer sought a unified installation that would eliminate reliance on temporary staging methods, reduce handling inefficiencies, and support scalable inventory growth. The warehouse needed immediate operational activation without phased or delayed deployment.

Project Overview

The objective of this installation was to deliver a complete ready‑to‑operate warehouse environment. Dock‑to‑picking pathways and elevated access systems were required to enable efficient inbound and outbound handling.
